Having run projects for specifying and implementing CRM systems in a number of companies now, I have the experience not just to select the right system, but also to ensure that it is effective, workable and correctly implemented for success.
There are many CRM systems on the market from expensive large organisation systems that are part of an ERP system, to web based e-commerce retail systems and the market leading products like Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics CRM. In the B2B arena with technical products, services and solutions that are not ecommerce sites, for SMEs usually the stand-alone CRM systems are the best fit.
Most of my recent expertise has been implementing Microsoft Dynamics CRM although I am not tied to this platform as it is more important to understand the business requirements, processes and ways of working to find the optimum solution.
